Only allowed return for US market

Conditions of returning shoes:
- Shipping damage
- Manufacturing error ( leather type, significantly wrong color, wrong size, wrong specification according to the order)

Shoes must be returned in new conditions, not being used to walk around. The sole must remain uscratched.

Shoes must be returned in 7 days since delivered.

The cost for shipping to our warehouse is on buyer's side.

Customers must contacted and informed us about shoes damage before returning the shoes via our email :  support@colinmartin.vn or whatsapp: +84988101855

Refund will be made in 30 days since the shoes delivered to the seller's warehouse.

For cancelling the order: Must be made during 10 hours after purchase.
